Dietary Supplement : control group take placebo. intervention group take 250mg of PD10 once per day during 8 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) over 19 years old male smoker who smokes more than 9 cigarettes per day. 2) man who have platelet aggregation power equal to and more than 70% 3) man who agree to participate this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who have serious disease such as myocardial infarction, angina, uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes melitus, and thyroid disease 2)Man who are taking anti-platelet agents or antithrombotic agents 3)Man who had taken supplements regarding to blood circulations within 2 weeks. 4)Man who started to take lipid-lowering drug within 3 months 5)Man who have serious abnormal Lab findings, past history of major surgery, and who are participating in other research.
