Inclusion criteria: Adults who underwent following tests on the same day at our center 1. serum pepsinogen (PG) test 2. serum anti-H. pylori IgG antibody assay 3. UGI endoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Below 18 years old History of gastrectomy Other situation that might affect the test findings
