Interventions

Drug : Anesthesia is induced by propofol and remifentanil continuous infusion using commercialized target controlled infusion system before the insertion of laryngeal mask airway (LMA) in this study.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty patiets (30 male and 30 female patients) of ASA physical status I and II, between 20-60 years of age, who are scheduled for minor surgery takes 2 hours or less and in whom the use of the LMA is indicated will be enrolled in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with smoking history, gastroesophageal reflux, morbid obesity and anticipated difficulty in tracheal intubaton are excluded in this study.
