Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20 or more than 20 years old 2. Patients with malignant biliary obstruction who requires biliary drainage 3. Inoperable status 4. ERCP is not available 5. CBD diameter = 12 mm, IHD diameter = 8 mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Less than 20 years old 2. Bleeding tendency or coagulopathy 3. Unable to get informed consent 4. Pregnant
