Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: T2DM patients whose fasting plasma glucose (FPG) >= 126 mg/dL or Post-prandial 2 hour glucose (PP2) >= 200mg/dL or Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) >= 6.5%. T2DM patients whose FPG >= 100mg/dL or PP2 >= 140mg/dL or HbA1c between 5.7~6.4%. T2DM patients who are treated with insulin or oral hypoglycemic agents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: T2DM patients who are unavailable for long-terum follow-up
