Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) adults who are moe than 20 years old 2) gastrointestinal subepithelial tumor detected on endoscopy 3) long diameter of the subepithelia lesion more than 2 cm 4) tumor located on the submucosal layer or proper muscle layer 5) patients provided informed consent to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with contraindication of endoscopic examination 2) severe cardiopulmonary disease 3) coagulation disorders (Plateles < 50,000 or Prothrombin Time < 50%) 5) Pregnancy or brest feeding women 6) Patients refused to informed consent to the study
