Interventions

Procedure/Surgery : Generally, facial oxygen mask are used for patients underwent regional anestheia with sedation. But intervention group will applied CPAP mask instead of facial mask.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent endoscopic bladder or prostate surgery under spinal anesthesia with propofol sedation. The range of age is 20-74 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea and sleep disorder. Patients with American society of anesthesiologists(ASA) status grade 3 or more.
