Dietary Supplement : Subjects were randomly allocated at placebo group, Capsosiphon fulvescens low group, Capsosiphon fulvescens high group. Then take with high fat liquid formular onece a week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The people who agreed with this clinical research, signed in concents. 2) 20 ~ 39 years old 3) fasting glucose level < 100mg/dl 4) fasting triglyceride level < 150 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects who took the medicine and medical supplies in a month. 2) Subjects who took anti-platelet medication in a month. 3) chronic illness patients (diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, Cardiovascular disease(hypertension, stroke), thyroid disease, etc. 4) BMI = 30 5) Subjects who were deceased the body weight more than 4 kg in a month. 6) excessive activity 7) Subjects who smoke more than 10 cigarettes. 8) Subjects who drink alcohol more than 140g a week or 2.5 glasees a day 9) Subjects who have allergy about experiment food. 10) Subjects who participated another clinical research before in a month. 11) pregnant woman, lactating women 12) subjects who unsuiable about this study
