Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • patients with metastatic or recurrent breast cancer at diagnosis • patients who are expected to receive chemotherapy, hormone therapy and targeted therapy • patients who had received or are being treated with adjuvant therapy • more than or eqaul to 18 years old • Patients who can understand and consent the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • patients with mental retardation or severe psychological disease • unfit patients, based on investigator's decision
