Inclusion criteria: a. American society of anesthesiology(ASA) physical status I, II (excluding hypertension) b. adult aged 20-65 + informed consent c. non-smoker

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. other vascular diseased patient b. vascular medication c. ear temperature below 35? or above 38? d. BMI over 30
