Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with Ulcerative colitis older than 19 years 2) Patients with pancolitis ( duration is more than eight years after diagnosis) 3) Patients with left sided colitis ( duration is more than ten years after diagnosis) 4) Simple clinical colitis activity index <8 5) Truelove and Witts’ Score< mild score 6) patients with written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) colon cancer history 2) operation of colectomy 3) Boston bowel preparation score is fair or poor 4) Failed insertion 5) abnormality with clotting (PT50sec) 6) renal problem 7) patients without written consent
