Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - pathologically proven gastric adenocarcinoma - The age is from 20 to 80. - Peoperative stage is IA (T1N0M0) or IB (T1N1M0 or T2N0M0) by the 7th The Union for International Cancer Control(UICC)staging. - Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status is 0 or 1. - American Society of Anestheology (ASA) score is I or II or III. - The patients provided 'informed consent' by sufficient explanation for the study

Exclusion criteria: - the other organ malignancy - the presence of severe adhesion by previous surgery
