Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing lumbar radicular pain with pain intensity of = 40/100, diagnosed of herniated nucleus pulposus or spinal stenosis after a series of physical, neurologic and radiologic examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with any history of spinal intervention or other similar procedures in the last one month, chronic use of oral steroid, pregnancy, cognitive impairment or use of any anti-coagulant.
