Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who agree to participate this clinicl study voluntarily, among those undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -cardiac disease (valvular heart disease, ischemic heart disease, arrythmia) -pulmonary disease (chronic obstructive lung disease, asthma,pulmonary interstial disease, pleural disease) -kidney disease (serum creatinine> 1.3 mg/dl, patients requiring hemodialysis or peritonealdialysis) -patients younger than 20 years old or older than 70 years old
