Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged 19-69 2. American society of anesthesiologist physical status I-II 3. patients under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous history of surgery on head and neck 2. previous cannulation of internal jugular vein 3. History of joint disorder on head and neck
