Drug : Chief researcher prepared the study drug and co-researcher performed the anesthesia. The study drug was injected by chief researcher 20 min before the end of anesthesia. Group F: fentaynl group

Inclusion criteria: patients aged from 20 to 65 undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: emergency surgery difficult intubation respiratory disease/infection/ asthma chronic pain drug related pain control smoker heart/liver/kidney disease
