Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients, who are scheduled for elective surgery to be conducted under general anesthesia less than two hours in the supine position in the chung-ang university hosipital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: less than 20 years or more than 60 years, less than 40kg or more than 100kg, pregnancy, breast feeding, respiratory disease, american society of anesthesiologist grade 3 or 4, operative history of upper abdomen, obesity(Body mass index = 30 kg/m2), Gastroesophageal reflex disease, gastric ulcer, no fasting state, risk of aspiration, cardiovascular disease, abnormality of kidney, liver or hematology
