Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undegoing neurosurgery needed motor evoked potential (MEP) monitoring. Patients who agree to be a subject for present study of their own volition after full explaination about the study by investigator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body weight within ±30% of ideal body weight Neuromuscular, renal and hepatic disease Any medications which can affect neuromuscular trasmission pregnant or breast feeding women
