Interventions

Drug : Before the tracheal tube intubation for general anesthesia, each group are administered oxycodone (0.2mg/kg), fentanyl (2mcg/kg) by intravenously.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are scheduled for elective surgery that closed reduction for nasal bone fracture to be conducted under general anesthesia in the Chung-Ang university hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the age of under 20 or over 65 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists grade more than 3, BMI more than 30, history of brain disease, symptom of increased intracranial pressure, history of psychiatric disorders, hyperkalemia(K+>5.0), risk of aspiration or regurgitation, or other serious cardiovascular, renal, hepatic, hematologic disease.
