Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: : Twenty-six patients over 50 years of age, showing obstructive pattern in preoperative pulmonary function test (PFT) : FEV1 / FVC < 70%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) ß - blocker using patients 2) 12 hours before anesthesia, ß2 - adrenergic agonist or anticholinergic inhaler or corticosteroid or theophylline treatmest patients 3) hyperseneitivity to tulobuterol patch
