Inclusion criteria: Adult who wants Helicobacter test at our center Adult who underwent esophagogastroduodenoscopy at our center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inadequate sample to perform the diagnosis test Taking antibiotics Siginificant medical history such as gastrectomy
