Procedure/Surgery : A CVC is inserted through left IJV with the tip located at 1 cm above SVC-RA junction using TTE.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants who are scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia and require central venous catheter during surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -extracardiac vessel malformation -dextrocardia -anatomical anomalies of neck and thorax -inappropriate position for approach to left IJV
