Dietary Supplement : Intake of mistletoe extract or placebo tablet, 4 tablets per time, 2 times per day for 12 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Voluntarily agree to participate and sign in informed consent form 2) Age: 60-75 years 3) BMI(kg/m2): 18 = ~ = 30 4) Subject who can participate in resistant exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subject who takes dietary supplements or medicines as follows: hormone therapy, muscle enhancer, protein supplement 2) Subject who cannot participate in resistant exercise. 3) Subject who has following diseases: diabetes, liver dysfunction, renal dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction, malignant tumor, dementia, depressive disorder 4) Subject who participated in aerobic or resistant exercise for 6 months prior to the first visit. 5) Subject whose protein intake is much higher than the recommended intake of Koreans 6) Smoker 7) Subject who cannot follow the dietary instruction during the intervetnion period 8) Subject who drinks alcohol more than 140g per week 9) Subject who has an allergy to the ingredients of study product. 10) Subject who participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks prior to the first visit. 11) Any condition that would make the subject unsuitable for enrollment in this study.
