Interventions

Drug : There were randomly allocated to group P and group P-M. After intubation, 0.075mg of palonosetron was injected in both groups. Patients in group P were administered patient controlled analgesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: female patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1-2, who were aged 18-60 years, and were scheduled to undergo general anesthesia and postoperative intravenous patient controlled analgesia for breast cancer surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: psychiatric disease chronic pain history of preoperative analgesics contraindication of fentanyl or midazolam when the PCA cannot be applied to patients
