Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who fulfill the American College of Rheumatology [ACR]/ the European league against rheumatism [EULAR] criteria for Sjogren's syndrome which was revised in 2002 and/or 2012 ACR criteria. 2) Patients who agree to be enrolled in pSS cohort by informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded participants with rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, or other connective tissue disease. Any patient with prior diagnosis of any of the following conditions is excluded: History of head and neck radiation treatment Hepatitis C infection Acquired immunode?ciency syndrome Sarcoidosis Amyloidosis Graft versus host disease IgG4-related disease
