Inclusion criteria: 1) patient who is scheduled off-pump coronary artery bypass and has renal function is normal 2) over 20 year old 3) who agree and sign to

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patient who deny informed consent 2) emergency operation 3) preoperative estimated Glomerular filtration rate < 60 mL/min/1.73 m2 or renal failure patient 4) preoperative hyponatremia or electrolyte disturbance 5) Preoperative administration of inotropes or mechanica assist deviced applied patient 6) left ventricular ejection fraction < 40 % 7) patient who has surgery requiered aortic or cardiac valve disease 8) etc, researcher's judgement
