Drug : Patients were randomly assigned to one of four groups. after combined spinal and epidural anesthesia, Patients in control group were received 2ml of normal saline. Patients in PEPH 1, PEPH 1.5

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status I and II women with singleton pregnancy who elected to unergo Caesarean senction at full term under epiduro-spinal anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who did not agree about this study 2. preexisting hypertension and pregnancy-induced hypertension 3. cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease 4. known fetal anomalies 5. contraindication to epiduro-spinal anaesthesia
