Drug : Ropivacaine 100mg in 40ml normal sailne infiltration flap site before wound closure in robotic thyroidecotmy through trochar site.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Plan to robotic thyroidectomy 2. Patients agreed to this study with sign a consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Amide- local anaesthetic hypersensitivity patients. 2. Users with Anti coagulation including aspirin and anti- platelet agents 3. Pregnats wemans 4. Uncontrolled hypertension or diabetus patients. 5. Severe coagulopathy, cardiopulmanary disease, chronic renal failure patients. 6. Stroke history patients.
