Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 70 years or more ? Ineligibility for local therapy (surgery or radiotherapy): including inoperable patients due to their medical condition ? Histologically confirmed solid tumor ? Signed in written inforemd consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Not a candidate for 1st line systemic chemotherapy ? Monotherapy with biologic agent/targeted agent, combination therapy with investigational agent, monotherapy with oral agent ? Hematologic malignancies (lymphoma, leukemia, multiple myeloma etc) ? Recurrent disease within 6 months from last day of adjuvant chemotherapy
