Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with both eye-surgery by one surgeon. 2. The patients who have strong desire to be spectacle-free after cataract surgery 3. The patients who have ability to understand concept of monovision and its drawbacks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Advanced glaucoma 2. Eye disorder that would affect to postoperative visual acuity 3. Less than postoperative 2-month-follow up period
