Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. adult patients(18 years of age or older) who had peptic ulcer disease with Helicobacter pylori infection 2. participants obtained written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of malignancy 2. pregnancy 3. prior H. pylori eradication therapy 4. use antibiotics in the preceding 3 months 5. history of gastric surgery 6. refusal or contraindication of endoscopy 7. history of drug adverse event or allergy
