Inclusion criteria: patients aged from 20 to 65 undergogin thyroidectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - emergency surgery - difficult intubarion - aspiration during surgery - respiratody disease/infection - smoker - chronic cough - liver/heart/ kedney disease
