Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients written consent to participate in research (2) Patients written consent to genetic test and Research agreement (3) Adults more than 50 years old (4) Macular degeneration caused by chorioretinal neovascularization patients and diabetic retinopathy patients diagnosed with slit lamp examination, fundus photography, optical coherence tomography(OCT), fluorescein angiography or indocyanine angiographic. (5) Macular degeneration caused by chorioretinal neovascularization patients and diabetic retinopathy patients not diagnosed with slit lamp examination, fundus photography, optical coherence tomography(OCT), fluorescein angiography or indocyanine angiographic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with soft drusen or atrophic macular degeneration not accompanied by chorioretinal neovascularization 2) difficult Patients to observe the fundus because of moderate to severe cataract 3) The possibility of pregnancy in patients. However, No surgery for female infertility of childbearing age can participate in a clinical trial after the interview pregnancy 4) The Case legally, mentally unsuitable for participation in a clinical trial if the investigator
