Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligibilities for inclusion were a history of stroke, age between 20 and 80 years old, possession and ability to use of android-based smartphone, and having one or more vascular risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, smoking, or abdominal obesity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe disability (modified Rankin Score > 3)
