Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Kidney transplantation recipients and donors under follow-up in a kidney transplantation program. Six site involved in this consortium have significant experience with clinical trial in transplantation. Kyung Hee University Hospital at Gangdong Kyung Hee Medical Center Catholic University St. Mary's Hospital Kyungpook National University Hospital Samsung Medical Center Inje University Busan Paik Hospital 2. Male and female recipients and donors of all races, 0-80 years of age. 3. Patients undergoing primary or re-do deceased-donor or living donor kidney transplantation. 4. Ability to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet any of these criteria are not eligible for enrollment as study participants: 1. Patients undergoing combined organ transplantation. 2. Patients who are recipients of previous non-renal solid organ and/or islet cell transplantation. 3. HCV or HIV infection. 4. Inability or unwillingness of a participant to provide informed consent.
