Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who will undergo colonoscopy for the evaluation of colonic diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant, Patients under 18 years old or equal to/more than 75 years old, patient who received anticholinergic agents recently, allergic reaction about the drug, glaucoma, obstructive uropathy, myathenia gravis, autonomic neuropathy, the history of arrhythmia, the past history of bowel resection operation
