Interventions

Drug : After induction of general anesthesia, patients in vitamin C group are infusesd with vitamin c 50mg/kg in 20cc 0.9% normal saline at a rate of 40cc/hour. Patients in placebo group are infusesd

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are planned to receive laparoscopc colectomy will be included in this study. Patients aged 20-75 years old and are Americal Society of Anesthesiology grade I and II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Who has allergy to morphine. B. Who are dependent on analgesics C. Who has chronic pain and take analgesics. D. Who has sleep apnea syndrome. E. Who has asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. F. Who has taken analgesics within 24 hour before surgery.
