Inclusion criteria: The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification class 1 children ranging 3 to 10 yr

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: electrolyte imbalance arrhythmia congenital heart problem taking medication with OT prolongation effect obese patients metabolic disorder
