Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General anesthesia and neurosurgery is scheduled with the head pinning for fixation in children 2-12 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of or current peripheral vascular disease Cardiovascular, respiratory, central nervous system disorders Liver, kidney, thyroid disease A history of drug hypersensitivity reactions administration of MAO inhibitors,calcium channel blockers or beta-blockers inadequate situation by determined by researchers
