Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were conducted lumbar sympathetic gaglion block due to the sympathetic mediated neuropathic pain of lower extremity are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had conditions that influence on PTT (arrhythmia, vavular disease, antihypertensive drugs) are excluded.
