Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 20~70 yr ? Newely developed NAFLD ? Sonographic fatty liver ? ALT or AST > 40 IU/L ? BMI < 35

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? who drank more than 140g (male) and 70g (female) alcohol per week. ? Diabetes with insulin treatment patients ? Fasting glucose>160 mg/dl ? Systolic pressure> 180 mmHg or diastolic pressure > 120 mmHg ? Corticosteroide user ? Dialysis patients or Creatinin > 5.0 mg/dl ? Who take anti-lipid agent ? Who take anti-obesity medication ? HBsAg or HCV-RNA PCR positive ? Who undergo diet or exercise program or treatment.
