Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Voluntarily agree to participate and sign in informed consent form 2) Adults aged 20~55 3) IBS with diarrhea (diagnosed by ROME III critetia)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Consumption of medicine for IBS treatment, probiotic products, antibiotics or antiinflammatory drugs within 4 weeks (28 days) before the first visit 2) Following diseases : ? Liver dysfunction ? Renal dysfunction 3) Any condition that the principal investigator belives may put the subjects at undue risk 4)Pregnant or lactating women, alcoholic, mental patient 5)Hypersensitivity to probiotics
