Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male and female over 18 years old who will undergo elective colonoscopy at two medical centers except chronic kidney disease and severe heart failure. all subjects agreed to be included the clinical trial. the sample size was calculated by fourteen healthy volunteers. mean palatobility scores were esimated in both groups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe congestive heart failure chronic kidney disease contraindication of bowel preparation solution
