Drug : 1500 units of hyaluronidase is mixed with 0.5% ropivacaine 25-30ml for axillary brachial plexus block in the experimental hyaluronidase group. For the control group, only 25-30ml of 0.5% ropiva

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists classification 1 or 2 patients requiring axillary brachial plexus block for upper limb surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age under 20 years, neurologic deficit in the upper extrimeties, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, uncompensated cardiac disease, renal insufficiency, cerebrovascular disease, allergic reaction to study drugs, systemic infection or malignancy
