Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CYP2D6 EM (CYP2D6*1/*1 or *1/*2) and CYP2D6 IM (CYP2D6*10/*10)confirmed by pre-genotyping non-smoker,non-heavy drinker, not administration of other drugs healthy volunteers confirmed by physical and laboratory examination informed consent provided

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: smoker or heavy drinker coadministration of other drugs not healthy from laboratory or physical examination informed consent not provided
