Dietary Supplement : comparision between conventional PEG solution (4 liter, PO) and probiotics solution(Lactosclean-Y, 500cc & 2 liter of clean water, PO) for bowel preparation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteer who visit for the health medical examination at the health promotion center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. over 80 years old B. Previously treated with eletrolyte imbalance C. Abnormal liver function and Ascite D. acute or chronic renal failure (GFR2) G. Inflammatory bowel disease patient H. NSAID use ( Excluding low dose aspirin ) I. Patients who are taking immunosuppresive drug
