Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - complete resection for gastric or colorectal cancers - agreed on MSI analysis - underwent both upper and lower GI endoscopy for the evaluation of synchronous GI neoplasms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - subjects with genetic disease - endoscopic resection instead of surgical resection
