Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Korean adults - underwent H. pylori eradication therapy after both serum H. pylori antibody testing and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy - without contraindication to the eradication therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - urea breath test (UBT) was positive after 4 weeks of eradication - did not submit to a follow-up serum H. pylori antibody test after successful eradication
