Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects at least more than 3 times of bowel movement in a week during 1 month before the day of colonoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patint with acute abdomen 2) patient with acute inflammation of intestine 3) patient with ileus 4) patient with acute peptic ulcer 5) patinet with disease of cardiology - cardiac arhythmia, uncontrolled angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction in recent 3months, congestive heart failure 6) patient with renal failure and electrolyte imbalance 7) patient with history of gastrointestinal surgery - except appendectomy and hemorrhoidectomy 8) subject who don't or can't drink coffee
