Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 19- 64 aged, ASA Class physical status I or II, planned general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation, Mallampati grade III or IV, Modified Cormack-Lehane classification IIB, III or IV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Operation required Double-lumen endotracheal tube or wire-reinforced endotracheal tube 2. difficult intuation or difficult mask ventilation history 3. Mallampati grade I or II, Modified Cormack-Lehan classification I or IIa 4. Any anatomical or pathological abnormality around cervial area which influence to endotracheal intubation 5. Any dental problem affecting endotracheal intubation 6. patient at risk of aspiration pneumonitis 7. operation involving cervical area or glottic area
